Return Policy


  IN-STORE PURCHASES: Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase (with original tags & packaging). Seasonal and sale merchandise are final sale. Purchases made in-store are subject to store credit or exchange only. To protect you, our customer, store credits are not transferable & identification may be expected upon fulfillment.

ONLINE ORDERS 

SHIPPING Orders will be processed & sent out within 1-4 business days of placing your order, unless problems occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping delays during Christmas season are common & to be expected, so please plan ahead. 

RETURNS We want you to love your item, but sometimes things just don’t work out. You must initiate a return request online within 7 days of receipt of your order (with original tags & packaging). Seasonal and sale merchandise are final sale. 

 

Shipping charges can not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs on items sent back to us. 

Please notify us through our contact page or email lifeslittlepleasures2@gmail.com for return authorization. 
Once we have received & inspected your return, a refund will be processed.
